With the gain in popularity, the company recognized the need to revamp its digital user experience to meet the evolving expectations of its passengers.
Challenges
Improving the digital user experience to match the physical onboard experience, especially after the pandemic, to accommodate the riders’ safety concerns by introducing the touchless and cashless system. The existing digital platforms had a complex and non-intuitive booking process, outdated schedules, and issues with real-time information. The solution had to work seamlessly across the platform:
